Robot History[]
Season 1[]
The Heavyweight, Killer B faces off with the Lightweight, Mini Inferno. They are both closely matched in terms of speed but the size and shape of Killer B allowed it to plow through the smaller bot, interrupting the pace of the opponent. Killer B took the lead after it drove one lap. Mini Inferno was then avoiding the robot, being completely outmatched in terms of pushing and scooping. Killer B kept the higher position and won the first trial, 6-4, which brings their score to 80 for Killer B and 40 for Mini Inferno.
In the next trial, Maze, Killer B was a wide margin behind Mini Inferno in the beginning as Mini Inferno was nearly finishing the second obstacle while it was still going through the ramp. Once Killer B completed the 2nd obstacle, Mini Inferno was able to dislodge itself from being stuck in the last spinning panel prior. Killer B was then halted by one of the speed bumps behind the guillotine door which gave Mini Inferno the opportunity to reach the target spot first. Killer B received a 45 while Mini Inferno received a 100, tallying up to 125:140 respectively.
The third trial, Gauntlet, was up next and both of them were able to shove their way through the glass and cans. Killer B went through the bricks but were stopped by the concrete slabs. Meanwhile, Mini Inferno was readily busting down the brick wall before the lightweight completely drove through the slabs as Killer B was getting unstuck. Mini Inferno, having severe size and power disadvantage, took long to push the safe. After repeated strikes towards Mini Inferno, Killer B released itself from the debris and rammed the safe in front of the taped line easily. Score given to Killer B is 100 and to Mini Inferno, 60. Killer B defeated its opponent by 25 points.
Killer B now has to overcome his next enemy, Run Amok, the eventual Season 1 Champion. Both bots directed towards each other. As the fight commenced, Killer B's wedge scooped up Run Amok and tried to pin it. Run Amok rode away from Killer B easily but Killer B returned direction to shove it. In karmic misfortune, the wedge got embedded in the railings. Run Amok then charged at Killer B and persisted until the rails set down and Killer B down into the spike floor. Killer B was eliminated in accordance with his loss.
