Botzilla was a robot that competed in Season 2.0 of Robotica. It was a tank-like robot complete with tracks for locomotion and a lifting arm as its weapon. It beat Son of a Monkey's Wrench in the Preliminary Stages then beat Thor in the Fight to the Finish, advancing to the Final where it tied with the eventual Champion Flexy Flyer on 75 points each in the Gauntlet then beat Ill-Tempered Mutt in the Labyrinth to reach the Final Fight to the Finish where it faced Flexy Flyer again and lost.
Botzilla also competed in Season 2.0 of Robot Wars: Extreme Warriors as Trackzilla.
